Shoveling Snow!
March 8th, 2008This is from our trip to MI for Thanksgiving last year and I didn’t realize I hadn’t posted it. This is my youngest niece and husband shoveling snow! She was too cute…excuse the big man in the way!

More than time to change our clocks, it’s time for me to get busy with getting healthy again. I have felt it for quite a while, but now is the time.
Because I haven’t written for so long I’ll try to catch you up. My husband is working first shift now so I have been cooking meals the last week and actually enjoyed having to get up and do something around the house. If I ask I know Mike will go walking with me and that’s all I really need is something to do it with me.
This morning I saw a Pilates chair that looks like it might fit in my exercise room so I might get that…although they advertise it’s for all weights and sized and no specs as to weight limits I guess I’ll test their advertisement on that one! LOL
I’m pleased that I feel I haven’t gained anything in the last couple of years, but I can feel my joints and muscles getting weak and I need to reverse that, so it’s time for that metamorphosis to begin again. Spring is the best time for that to happen too! ![]()
Goodness how time flies! I had a cold last week and was just icky. We went to Liberty University’s football game last Saturday and they won! I stayed home from church cause I was just really sick. I thought I was rounding the bend, but Monday I wasn’t feeling the greatest again so I took more cold medicine. I think I’m over the cold!
Tutoring is going great! I love all my students and have just the right amount of students right now. I do pray I don’t get too many too soon cause I always have a problem saying no to new students!
My dad is in MI with my sister. He’s met a new lady up there, but I don’t know if anything is going to become of that. My mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary would have been next month. It’s just another reminder that she’s not around anymore.
Cody had his first football game yesterday! It was a beautiful day, windy and I got a little wind/sun burn on my face! His team won 36-0. He didn’t play a lot, but he had one great tackle that saved a touchdown!
Haley is a sweet and strong willed as ever! She continues to grow and learn more words…although her favorite word is “No”, perhaps cause she hears that one the most! LOL
Here is a picture from Cody yesterday!
